The Gint-M team as a general contractor performed a full range of general construction, fit-out and engineering works, along with full-scale design.

In the new office, Winline wanted to create an ergonomic, comfortable and technologically advanced space where it could not only comfortably accommodate all employees, but also improve cross-functional interaction between its departments.

Two office projects, with Gint-M taking the most active part in their delivery, were named winners of Best Office Awards 2019. The AvitoTech office was awarded the main prize in the Agile Office category, whereas the Digital Leadership Centre SAP was proclaimed the winner of the Business Space in Public Interior category. On New Year’s Eve building contractor Gint-M traditionally acted as partner of the charity concert ARCHIDAR held on December 20 in Moscow. More than 200 people representing the real estate market took part in the fund-raising thrust to help kids with serious heart diseases.

The first ARCHIDAR concert took place on December 17, 2014 and since then it has been given every year. The event is special in that real estate market players pool their efforts to organize and hold a festive New Year concert on their own, whereas all money raised on that night, as part of a special auction, is then used to finance the medical treatment of little patients.

This year the event participants managed to raise 5,450,000 rubles to be forwarded to Children’s Hearts Fund. During five years of ARCHIDAR in action, the total of 15 million rubles has been raised for urgent help offered to diseased kids.

The new GSK office was named best in the "1,000-5,000-sqm Office" category, as part of professional MCFO Awards 2018. It is accommodated in BC Arcus-III, in Moscow. The general contractor Gint-M has completed a full cycle of detailed design, construction, fit-out and MEP installation works in the client’s premises. The project architect is ABD Architects.

"Just several years ago most customers could not even think of selecting a contractor offering the lowest contract value in the tender, but obviously incapable of doing quality work within the set deadlines. A serious misjudgment in the design of many offices is the lack of in-built capability to change the functional designation of working areas quickly enough. Building contractor Gint-M volunteered to be a partner of the fourth charity concert ARKHIDAR 4.0, held in Moscow on December 14. More than 200 real estate market representatives took part in the fundraising campaign to provide urgent help for children with severe heart problems.

The mission of ARKHIDAR is granting diseased children a chance to a long and happy life. The charity night idea born at a family dinner evolved into a self-contained project, with 11 child lives already saved.

This year ARKHIDAR participants have raised ample funds for the treatment of 17-year-old Alina Mironova diagnosed the abdominal aorta arthritis. The surgery would cost 2,584,000 rubles.

Thanks to the efforts of sponsors and organizers of the fourth ARKHIDAR, 4,600,000 rubles were raised via a charity auction. The surplus will be used to provide target assistance to other wards of Children’s Hearts Foundation.

“One of the most common “acoustic” mistakes in the office fit-out is setup of partitions from the floor up to the suspended ceiling that hides utility lines. Sound waves easily penetrate the so-called ceiling void, spreading over the office. A partition must rise from the floor to the concrete ceiling. Avito office gained a victory in the “Comfort & Ergonomics” nomination, as part of the prestigious Best Office Awards 2017, rating corporate and public interiors in the territory of Russia, CIS and Eastern Europe.
